Member Organizations
Since its founding in November 2003, our network has been a clear American voice, the first among national environmental organizations, to call for swift, very large percentage cuts (80% below 1990 levels) to be achieved over a 15-year rapid energy transition. We have recruited environmental, religious, peace, indigenous rights, environmental justice, youth and agriculture groups that are impatient with the inadequate proposals currently on the policy table in the United States. We are demanding a national mobilization, starting here, and culminating in the U.S. leading the world community to the solution depicted in "Rosie Revisited--A U.S.-Led Solution to Global Warming".
Our network now has 35 member organizations representing 320 groups from throughout the United States. We continue to seek new organizations that share this vision.
